Jay Wilson is a visionary leader and seasoned management consultant with over 15 years of experience in government administration and consulting. His extensive background spans roles as an Administrator in multiple government sectors, including the U.S. Department of State, the State of Maryland, and the Baltimore Mayor’s Office.
He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Public Policy and a Master's Degree in Global Affairs and Human Security from the University of Baltimore, equipping him with both the theoretical knowledge and practical skills to address complex challenges in governance and business.
Dr. Brenda Tucker
Human Resources Services Consultant
Dr. Brenda T. Tucker is a results-focused professional with over 15 years of experience in Finance, Payroll Tax Accounting, Compliance, & Human Resource Management. As a strong organizational leader, Dr. Tucker has managed HR departments with large corporations such as IKEA and ADP.
With a Doctorate Degree in Business Administration and Human Resources, a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management, and a Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management, she is committed to advancing the human resource industry. Dr. Tucker also holds payroll certifications and membership in a number of professional industry boards.
